MPG is a pre-engineered water distribution system designed for even and reliable coverage across evaporative cooling pad walls, including CELdek and RCP pads. It simplifies installation and eliminates a common failure point—glue joints—by using interlocking connections and neoprene gaskets for a fully sealed, leak-resistant system.
Engineered for fast assembly and long-term reliability, the Modular Plastic Gutter resists leaks even under thermal expansion and contraction, reducing maintenance and ensuring clean, efficient operation throughout the cooling season.
Built from high-quality, UV-resistant PVC and PP, the MPG features a double-layer gutter structure for enhanced stability and is suited for all climates with compatibility for both floor-mounted and suspended pump setups.

Glue-free assembly for leak-free operation
Standard glued systems risk cracking and leaks over time. MPG eliminates that risk with a fully adhesive-free design – interlocking parts and neoprene gaskets keep the system watertight, even under thermal stress. No drying time, fewer repairs and low commissioning time. Plug and play.
Modular and scalable
MPG adapts to various housing sizes and livestock densities with 100 mm and 150 mm pad depths, and modular 3 m or 6 m base and middle elements to suit any wall length.
Its efficient water distribution system supplies walls up to 42 m long using a single pump.
Integrated tank in bottom gutter
Designed to reduce installation costs, the MPG system features a bottom gutter that holds up to 40 litres per metre—eliminating the need for external tanks and ensuring reliable system performance.
Full system with accessories
MPG isn’t just a gutter: it’s a all-in-one solution, ready to install. Options include water pump kit (0.5 to 2.0 hp, single- or three-phase), inspection kit for float valve access, flushing kit for easy water cleaning, pump support brackets for suspended setups, and spare parts kits to reduce downtime.
