A complete, long-lasting water distribution system
WDP is a complete, modular solution for water supply, distribution, recirculation, and drainage in evaporative cooling walls. Designed for CELdek® pads but compatible with all pad types, it ensures even water coverage, preventing dry zones and boosting cooling efficiency.
Built from epoxy-coated galvanized or stainless steel, the WDP offers durability, hygiene, and easy maintenance, with features like a removable pad-retaining plate and accessible top header.
Ideal for poultry, swine, dairy, and greenhouse operations, WDP delivers reliable performance with minimal upkeep.

The WDP’s top distribution header uses upward-facing calibrated holes to prevent clogging and deliver consistent water flow. Even if pad walls shift slightly over time, the header maintains uniform coverage across the pads.
Integrated wall stabilization
The WDP includes a mechanical support system using side sustains to stabilize the pad wall, especially useful in large installations or harsh environments.
Modular setup with multiple pad depths
Compatible with 100 mm and 150 mm pads, WDP modules can be combined to reach any wall length without needing to separate sections. Choose from a range of pumps (0.33-0.75 hp) and tank sizes (300-500 L) based on your pad depth and wall size.
Flexible plumbing & drainage
Water supply and drainage points can be placed where needed. The plumbing kit includes all fittings, connections, valves, and tubing for efficient recirculation. A bleed-off valve continuously refreshes tank water to prevent mineral buildup, and optional water filters are available for areas with hard or sediment-heavy water.
