Precision air distribution in any season
The ZLV NG fresh air distributor delivers consistent, wide-radius airflow—even at low air rates—ensuring precise climate control year-round. Designed for both equal-pressure and negative-pressure ventilation, it also suits compact mono-block buildings.
A wave-structured nozzle ensures optimal fresh air regulation, even with minimal opening. An optional air conduction unit can partially deflect airflow at the distributor plate to suit barn layouts and reduce wind influence.
The ZLV NG advantage
Flexible ventilation options
The ZLV NG can be configured for fresh air supply over the roof, featuring a rain hood with protective bird grid and a top PUR nozzle for durability. A 3-meter air duct is included, and a centralized rope-drive version allows several units to be operated from a single control point. An optional recirculation fan can be added to mix incoming fresh air with stable air for more uniform barn conditions.
Optimized for different ventilation systems
Suitable for both equal-pressure and negative-pressure systems, the ZLV NG maintains stable airflow and climate control in all seasons. In equal-pressure applications, an additional fresh air fan can be integrated for consistent performance, even in buildings with large openings or fluctuating weather conditions.
Adaptable installation
Designed for challenging layouts, the ZLV NG allows partial diversion of incoming fresh air at the distributor plate. This makes it ideal for installations near walls or in situations where two distributors are positioned close together. It also performs reliably in barns with large discharge openings or in regions where leaks and wind influence are common.
