The ZEW Flatwave is a compact, high-performance wall inlet designed to bring in fresh air with precision, without sticking out into your barn or reducing usable space.
Built for poultry and pig farmers, it combines a wave-shaped geometry with individually adjustable air conduction lamellas, giving you control over air direction, velocity, and volume, all in a slim, vertical-opening design. Whether it’s winter or summer, the ZEW Flatwave adapts: it throws “heavy” air upward during cold months and allows direct floor ventilation during hotter periods.
The built-in nozzle improves pressure and airflow efficiency, while a durable polyurethane frame and UV-stabilized PVC lamellas ensure long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance.

Wave profile for long throw, low loss
The wave-shaped flap profile generates high throw range even at low flap openings, essential for cold-season ventilation where minimal air is needed but distribution must remain effective.
Individually adjustable lamellas
Each of the four integrated lamellas can be manually positioned, enabling customized airflow patterns tailored to house layout, animal age, and climate zone.
Tight seal, no drafts
The integrated seal and lateral flap guides ensure airtight closure when the inlet is shut, preventing uncontrolled airflow, light intrusion, and energy loss – especially important for biosecurity and light-controlled poultry environments.
Optional bird screen and air guide
Preformed slots make it easy to add accessories like a bird protection grid or an air deflector sheet for even more control and protection without complicated installation.
